Account Executive
Andorra Creative is a full service advertising, web, and design agency in Springfield Missouri. We are currently seeking a proven and highly motivated Account Executives to succeed in a fast paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
• Sell our services by building relationships with local and regional Businesses
• Handle outside sales calls
• Prospect customers and lead generation
• Provide input on sales promotion ideas to sales management
• Retain current business and develop new business contacts
• Present marketing, advertising, and design services to area businesses.
• Understand the business objectives and advertising strategies of clients and find ways to help them achieve their objectives through effective advertising, and branding
The Ideal Candidate:
• 2-3 years of Media sales experience required
• Previous experience in newspaper, magazine, yellow pages, direct mail or printing sales is highly desired.
• Confident and comfortable working with all types of business owners.
• Outstanding verbal, written, math, computer and presentation skills.
• Excellent prospecting techniques, creative ability.
• Extremely organized, able to multi-task, attention to detail.
• Deadline oriented.
• Self-Motivated.
• Strong closing, negotiation, listening and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and friendly disposition. Works well with others.
• Reliable transportation.
• Self starter, team player, follow directions, dependable.
• Previous outside sales experience required with a proven track record.
• Time management skills and ability to prioritize a heavy work load.

Graphic Designer
This spot is open to a part-time designer or internship.
Job Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
• Proficient in InDesign Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Dreamweaver, Flash, and video experience a plus
• Produce creative, compelling, graphic art and layout designs.
• Ability to take projects from concept to final design.
• Detail oriented, able to accurately produce and proofread work.
• Prepares, mounts, and trims mock-ups.
• Excellent organization skills with ability to work on multiple tasks with predetermined deadlines.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Perform various tasks as directed.
• A portfolio of samples.
